Our Friday playgroup is a relaxed, parent-supervised session for babies through to five year old's.

Children can explore our gymnastics equipment through free play, enjoy themed movement activities and take part in an optional craft, sensory experience, story or song.

Activities are designed for different ages and abilities, allowing every child to join in at their own pace—there’s no pressure to follow a formal class structure.

Parents and carers remain with their children and are responsible for actively supervising them throughout the session.
