How do I log in to my account?Please find the link below to access your account. https://app.classmanager.com/portal/next-steps-movement-studio-8349/login Enter your email address and password and you will be directed to the dashboard. You can update your password from this link here also. If you are not an existing member, it will ask you to register and create your account. Alternatively, our friendly staff are always happy to help out and trouble shoot any issues. Feel free to call, text or email your questions.

How do I book a class?On the website, find the class that suits your child's age range and click on the BOOK HERE button. This will take you to the Next Steps Movement Studio portal. Create your account, add your children and enrol into your preferred class. How do I book a casual class? (PAY AS YOU GO)You can book a casual class by heading over to your account in class manager. https://app.classmanager.com/portal/next-steps-movement-studio-8349/login On your dashboard, up the very top in the left hand corner, you will see 3 horizontal lines. Click on the lines and navigate to the classes option. In the drop down section, you will see 'PAY AS YOU GO'. Click on that option and then click on 'Apply to another lessons'. Choose the age of your student. This will show you a list of casual classes available . Click on your class, click continue, select the date that suits you and register. Head to the checkout and pay for your class. Our casual classes cost $26.50.

How do I book a trial and are they free?You can book a trial by heading over to your account in class manager. https://app.classmanager.com/portal/next-steps-movement-studio-8349/login On your dashboard, up the very top in the left hand corner, you will see 3 horizontal lines. Click on the lines and navigate to the classes option. In the drop down section, you will see 'Lesson Trials'. Click 'apply to new lesson trials'. Fill in the filters that suit your student, click apply. This will show you a list of classes available to trial. Click on your class, select the date that suits you and register. Our trials are free.

The portal won't let me book a class - you may be in the parent portal app and not on the web.Class manager has two apps associated to your account. The first one is the class manager web page - https://app.classmanager.com/portal/next-steps-movement-studio-8349/login This is where you go to book classes, manage and update your profile and view any invoices paid and outstanding. The second one is the parent portal. The portal is for communication purposes only. You can view any upcoming classes, invoices paid or outstanding and read any notifications or updates provided from the administration team. Download this app so you can have easy access on your phone home screen. - You cannot book classes on the app.

How much are your classes?We offer term bookings and casual bookings at Next Steps. A term booking class is $23.10 and is prorated based on the number of weeks in the term. For example, there may be two public holidays during your 10 week term so you will only be charged for 8 classes. A casual booking is $26.50. Availability for a casual class cannot be guaranteed. ** Please ensure you have booked before turning up to any class. There is an additional Gymnastics Australia affiliation fee of $30 on all bookings. This is paid once yearly and acts as your insurance. The affiliation fee is included in your term booking however for a casual booking, you will be invoiced separately. Your insurance must be paid prior to attending any classes at Next Steps. (The insurance payment is not required when doing a trial class)

How does the sibling discount and multiple class discount work?Next Steps Movement Studio offers a 20% discount on sibling and multiple class bookings. These discounts will only be applied if you are booking your multiple and sibling classes at the same time on the portal.

Do you offer flexible payment options?Absolutely! We offer both weekly and fortnightly payment plans to suit your budget and schedule. You can choose the option that works best for your family. * Payments are processed automatically, so there's no need to remember each week. * You can start at any time—no need to wait until the start of the term. * No lock-in contracts * Manage your payments and bookings easily through our online portal. * Discounts apply for siblings or multi-class enrollments (ask us for more info!).

How does a make up token work?Make up classes are applicable to all term bookings. You must notify the administration team of your absence at least one hour prior to your class. Please email: info@nextstepsms.com.au Make up classes are limited to 3 per student per term. Make up classes must be applied within the same term as your booking. They cannot be rolled over into the following term. To book your make up class, please email info@nextstepsms.com.au and we will advise on available classes.

How do I cancel my enrolment?We understand that life can get busy and circumstances may change. However, when you enrol in a class at Next Steps Movement Studio, you're securing a spot in a high-demand program. If you wish to cancel your enrolment, please be aware of the following: 28-Day Notice Period All enrolment cancellations require a minimum of 28 days’ written notice. This notice period allows us time to process the cancellation and offer the spot to another family on our waitlist. Refunds & Credit Refunds are not granted for change of mind. Any approved refund or credit (at our discretion) will be processed after the 28-day notice period has passed. Consistency Matters Our programs are structured to support your child’s development through regular attendance. We encourage families to consider this commitment before enrolling.

Can I get a refund?Enrolling in a class with Next Steps Movement Studio secures your child's place in a popular program with limited capacity, and we make planning and staffing decisions based on enrolments. As such, refunds are not issued for change of mind, missed classes or general absences. However, we understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise. Refunds or credits may be considered in the following circumstances. - Medical injury or illness that prevents your child from attending for a prolonged period (must be supported by a medical certificate) - Family relocation (moving outside of the state) - Serious personal circumstances such as family bereavement or other significant life events (assessed on a case by case basis) ** Evidence may be required to support a refund request. All refund or credit requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed by our management team. We aim to process approved cases within 28 days of receiving all necessary information.
