& Bears
Kangatraining is a complete baby wearing workout during which cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and muscular capacity and strength are enhanced. Join us after class for a social gathering talking all things new baby with an informative session touching on Baby Gymnastics, Baby Massage and more.

The toddler gymnastics class is perfect for our new walkers and movers and offers an interactive and bonding experience for both parents and their little ones.
During these sessions, children will embark on a journey of discovery, exploration, and play, all while developing fundamental movement skills that lay the foundation for a lifetime of healthy physical activity.

Rolling Rhinos
Our Rhinos gymnastics and movement class is suited to your 2.5 to 4 year old movers. Your child will embark on a thrilling journey of discovery, growth, and development through play and physical activity.
Next Steps provides a safe and engaging environment for them to explore their bodies, build coordination, and foster a lifelong love for physical fitness.

Our Crazy Crocs Gymnastics Class has been created not only to help our prep children develop physically, but also mentally and emotionally to prepare for them for the challenges of their first year of school.
We implement activities that encourage listening skills, turn taking, team work and independence and of course a whole lot of fun!

Specially designed for energetic children aged 4 to 5 years old - pre prep. Our program focuses on introducing young children to the exciting world of gymnastics in a safe, fun, and nurturing environment.
Focusing on teamwork, cooperation, and socialization through group activities and games, helping children build essential social skills while making new friends.
