For Baby and you....

Kangatraining is a baby wearing workout during which both cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and muscular capacity and strength are enhanced.

Unlike traditional exercise classes, new mums need not worry about finding a babysitter or minding an unsettled baby during class because the babies are worn on them and get to be part of the action!

We follow up the Kangatraining class with a casual circle time chat where we talk about all things new baby.

Enjoy a couple of worthwhile hours out of the house getting your groove on and meeting other new Mums in your area.

Promotes well being

Getting out of the house and embracing some 'you' time is the best thing for new Mums. We dance, we workout and we laugh! It's all so beneficial for our mental state and well being.

Feel fabulous

Moving our bodies, introducing exercise back into our routine and having an outing with our beautiful new baby, helps boost our endorphins and our all round happiness.


Our classes create a nurturing and supportive environment where Mum's have the opportunity to meet and chat with other Mum's.

Who better to have a vent with than another Mum who just gets it?


Kangatraining is specifically designed for postnatal women and focuses on rebuilding your entire body after pregnancy and birth. Your Kangatrainer will teach you safe baby wearing practices and help to fit you comfortably with your preferred carrier.
